What We Do

Land

Andaman Island Group’s main focus is land trade on Phuket and nearby provinces. We specialize in commercial land and larger plots for investors, funds as well as hotel and villa developers. As locals in Phuket, we have long enjoyed a reputation of having the best knowledge of available land, lowest prices and great negotiation skills with local people. Most land plots we trade are in new and upcoming areas where we expect to see rapid future growth. Commercial land plots are located along major roads/intersections, while land offered to hotel/villa developers are mostly beach/ocean front, or in some cases with great seaviews.

Villa Development

A number of pool villas and town houses have been developed by our company. The main focus of our developments are: location, low maintenance, design and good value.Most units will be offered for sale, while some are offered for rent.

Rental services

Andaman Island Group has a number of properties for rent, both short term or long term.

Finance

Through working with Thai banks and financial institutions, we have been able to help finance several developments in Phuket and Phang Nga.

Tourism

Our interests has been mainly as a local tour operator. Through our commitments with our main supplier (Europe’s largest charter operators), we have been operating full day tours on the island, showing visitors to Phuket all the great spots to see here, in small groups, with local guides explaining the local culture as well as the rich history behind the many sights. Over the years, we have expanded our focus to also include catering services, events and medical tours.
