Visit a farm in the local village with orchids, herb garden, vegetable garden, a monkey picking coconuts and Siamese fish fight, an old tradition native to the southern part of Thailand. See how the farmers live in their traditional houses. We will also demonstrate how rice was produced locally.

Ride on the traditional water buffalo drawn cart old tin mines and old beautiful blue lagoon. The best to enjoy the picturesque countryside of Phuket. The local villagers will invite you for local coffee and fresh pineapple.

Cooking Class and Farm Life
Today you will have a chance to see how people lived a traditional life in Phuket and how people farmed the land. On top of this, we will also show you how to shop for local ingredients in Thai food, how to prepare and cook
in the traditional way. Then we will enjoy our lunch, prepared by ourselves, on the farm.

Pick you up from your hotel. Together with our guide, you will visit an open-air market to buy ingredients to be used for the cooking lessons. An English speaking instructor will assist us in the preparation
of the local dishes. We will give you an introduction to herbs and spices and guidance in preparing dishes such as: Tom Yam Kung (hot and sour prawnsoup), Larb Moo (spicy Thai pork salad), Phad Thai (fried noodles), Somtam (papaya salad) etc.

Here at the farm we will show you rice fields and how to produce rice. You will also meet local buffaloes and learn how they have assisted our farmers, see monkeys collecting coconuts, fish ponds, local farm houses,
rubber tapping etc.

We will now prapare and cook our food, using coal and traditional woks. We will then set the table so that we can enjoy fresh local foods in the middle of the farm. This will be a morning and meal never to be
forgotten!!
